Last updated: 7 September 2026
This notice explains the personal-data processing connected specifically with the Alpha Rise corporate website and direct enquiries initiated through the contact details published on the website. It is not intended to replace separate notices that may apply to customers, suppliers, employees, candidates or a specific contractual process.

2. What information may be processed
The current website does not provide a web contact form. If you contact Alpha Rise by e-mail or telephone, we may process the identity/contact details you choose to provide together with the content of your enquiry, technical requirement or project-related message. Website and infrastructure providers may also generate limited technical records such as IP address, request time, requested resource and security/error metadata needed to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data within this website context may be processed to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a requested product/service/project discussion, manage communications that may lead to or relate to a commercial relationship, maintain website and information-security operations, meet applicable legal obligations, and establish, exercise or protect legal rights where necessary.
4. Method and legal basis
Information is collected electronically when you send an e-mail, through telephone communications you initiate, and through limited technical records generated when the website is requested. Depending on the specific processing activity, processing may rely on the legal grounds available under applicable Turkish personal-data law, including necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interests provided the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual are not harmed.
5. Recipients and transfers
Within the scope described above, relevant information may be accessible to authorized Alpha Rise personnel and to service providers that support e-mail, hosting, network or security infrastructure to the extent required to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed to legally authorized public authorities where a valid legal obligation requires it. Any additional transfer arising from a separate customer, supplier or contractual process should be addressed in the notice applicable to that process.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
In its current version, this corporate website does not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, marketing pixels or non-essential cookie mechanisms. If analytics, marketing technology or another non-essential tracking mechanism is introduced later, the applicable notice and consent/cookie controls must be updated before that functionality is activated.
7. Retention
Website-related correspondence and technical records are kept only for the period required for the relevant communication, security or legal purpose and for any applicable statutory retention or limitation period. If an enquiry develops into a contractual or commercial relationship, records connected with that relationship may become subject to the retention rules applicable to that separate process.
8. Your rights
Where Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, you may exercise the rights provided under Article 11, including requesting information about whether and how your personal data is processed, learning the purpose of processing and relevant recipients, requesting correction where data is incomplete or inaccurate, requesting deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, requesting notification of relevant correction/deletion actions to recipients where applicable, objecting to a result arising exclusively from automated processing where the statutory conditions apply, and seeking compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
9. How to contact us about personal data
Requests concerning data-subject rights should be submitted through the methods permitted by applicable law to the company address above. For initial information about the process, you may contact info@alpharise.com.tr. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in your initial message.
