Services
Technical services that carry the project beyond the product purchase.
A systems integrator does not stop at product delivery. Our service model covers the real project stages from discovery and design through supply, implementation, controlled migration, documentation, technical support and renewal follow-up.
01
Discovery & Requirement Review
Establish a reliable starting point before architecture or product selection. We review the current environment, clarify the business and technical requirement, identify dependencies, constraints and assumptions, and turn them into a scope basis that the project can actually use.
- Current-state and environment review
- Requirement & assumption register
- Dependency and constraint mapping
- Scope basis for design
02
Solution Architecture & Project Planning
Translate the agreed requirement into a target architecture that can be implemented and operated. The work connects topology, security controls, access models, dependencies, implementation stages and cutover considerations instead of producing a design that stops at a diagram.
- Target architecture and topology
- Technical scope & design assumptions
- Implementation sequencing
- Cutover and rollback approach
03
Technology Supply & Licensing
Align the commercial technology scope with the approved design. We coordinate the required hardware, software, license editions, subscriptions, renewal periods and relevant vendor-support items so quantities and terms follow the technical requirement rather than becoming a disconnected purchase list.
- Hardware & software bill of requirement
- License and subscription scope
- Support-term coordination where applicable
- Renewal and entitlement follow-up
04
Installation, Configuration & Integration
Take the approved design into the live technical environment. We prepare the implementation scope, install and configure the selected technologies, connect them to the required network, identity, logging or management dependencies, and verify that the integration reflects the agreed architecture.
- Installation and baseline configuration
- Policy and service configuration
- System/network integration
- Implementation verification
05
Migration & Change Implementation
Plan controlled transitions when an existing technology must be replaced, consolidated or moved. Dependencies, coexistence requirements, change windows, rollback preparation and validation points are considered before the cutover so migration is treated as an engineering activity, not a last-minute switch.
- Migration sequence and dependency plan
- Coexistence/change-window planning
- Cutover checklist
- Rollback and validation preparation
06
Validation, Documentation & Handover
Close the implementation with evidence and usable technical information. We validate the agreed scope, record the delivered architecture and important configuration context, identify remaining items where applicable and hand the environment over to the relevant customer teams.
- Implementation and acceptance checks
- As-built technical documentation
- Open-item/assumption record where applicable
- Operational handover
07
Maintenance & Technical Support
Support the delivered technology after go-live within the agreed service scope. The work can include troubleshooting, configuration review, planned changes, upgrade guidance and coordination with relevant product-support channels where the engagement requires it.
- Technical troubleshooting
- Configuration and maintenance support
- Planned change & upgrade guidance
- Vendor-support coordination where applicable
08
Lifecycle & Renewal Management
Keep licensing and platform lifecycle visible before it becomes urgent. We follow relevant subscription and support periods, review lifecycle changes and help prepare renewal, upgrade or replacement decisions in time to preserve technical and commercial continuity.
- License/subscription renewal tracking
- Support-period follow-up
- Lifecycle and end-of-support review
- Upgrade or replacement planning input
09
Security Assessment
Examine selected controls and technical exposure within a clearly agreed assessment scope. We combine relevant configuration/control review with vulnerability assessment, evidence gathering and prioritization so findings lead to an understandable remediation plan rather than an undifferentiated list.
- Assessment scope and evidence plan
- Control/configuration review
- Vulnerability assessment
- Prioritized findings & recommendations
10
Penetration Testing & Red Teaming
Perform controlled offensive-security activities only against explicitly agreed targets and boundaries. The engagement defines rules of engagement, test depth, operational constraints and reporting expectations before execution, then turns validated findings into practical remediation guidance.
- Targets, boundaries & rules of engagement
- Controlled penetration/red-team testing
- Evidence-backed findings
- Remediation guidance & review
